Warranty Claims / Defective Returns:

"Golfclubs4seniors" warranty's all products for one year from date of original purchase.

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of "golfclubs4seniors".  Any defective product may be returned anytime within one year of purchase.  Please contact "golfclubs4seniors" PRIOR to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled golf clubs.

Shortages:

Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage.  All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

How to Return Merchandise:

Please follow these instructions to return your merchandise:  To return an item, "golfclubs4seniors" requests that you use the original shipping carton (if possible).  Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from "golfclubs4seniors".  The RA number is used to efficiently process your return after we have received the merchandise back at our location.

Please Follow these Instructions:

1.  Please try to re-use your original shipping carton.  Place the returned items in your original shipping carton with appropriate packing material.  the customer is Responsible For All Shipping Costs and associated costs of the returned merchandise.  "Golfclubs4seniors"  will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts.

2.  Please include the original or a copy of the original packing slip, and note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton.  If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
